Uncontained Happiness

Which emotion(s) — joy, envy, rage, pity, or something else — do you find to be the hardest to contain?

I find it really hard to contain my happiness, my joy over anything.

Happiness is the most wonderful emotion in the world. When I am happy, I just want everybody to be happy around me, I want the whole world to be happy along with me. Celebrating my happiness and also, the source of my happiness.

If I am happy, I try to make everyone happy around me, it makes me feel so good. I feel so much over-energized, overexcited and so much in love with life. The world looks so bright, its like everything is filled with so much positive energy.

We should never put a lid on our happiness unlike we do with our rage, jealousy, or pity. Its there to be shared.

Think about it, when you are happy, you smile a lot and think about how that smile affect others. Maybe seeing you smile, people around you will feel that and smile in spite of their troubles and just for that moment they’ll forget their troubles and laugh and smile with you. Always share your laughter and smiles with others and hide your jealousy, anger even if they are directed on someone sitting across you because that anger and envy is your problem not theirs. So you need to resolve them on your own.

That’s why they say that happiness is the most contagious disease in the world. 🙂 🙂

P.S. :- After writing this post, I have started feeling happy now. 😀
